Description

Thorax style flies feature a single wing, and more hackling. Often fished with a ‘V’ cut in the bottom hackle to allow it ride lower. Proponents of thorax style flies say they are more realistic and fish sip them. A CDC wing is used to help add some natural floatant. Be sure to use we a floatant dust or powder.
