An even easier to see version of the Griffith Gnat.  This extremely popular and useful pattern is a must for any dry fly aficionado. Whether it be tiny mayflies, micro caddis, ants, or midges this fly often supplies the solution. When trout are sipping the small stuff, this fly works! Easy to view for both the angler and fish, floats extremely well. Midge clusters occur when males swarm the female to mate, nothing works as well during those times as this pattern.
