It is said that you are supposed to match the hatch. Some days though there is no hatch, or no matter how close you get the fish still won’t hit your fly. When that happens it is time to reach for an attractor pattern. Small like a midge, but with colors fish cannot resist. Try as a dropper or run behind another nymph. A Utah favorite.
