Callibaetis Foam Floating Nymph

Description

Callibaetis hatches can be “the” hatch for many waters, especially when fishing lakes. Often when a hatch is in full swing big lazy trout will sip flies on the surface. Generally targeting “cripples” or nymphs still trying to emerge. This floating nymph is supposed to mimic a callibaetis coming to the surface, that hasn’t quite started emergering yet. Fish before the hatch or right as it begins.
