This material is useful in all sorts of patterns.  We love it on damsel and dragonfly nymphs, soft hackle wet flies, and many other pulsating, webby flies. Also works great as a collar on steelhead flies, also as an alternative to soft hackle. This is one of those materials that gets overlooked, but once you start using it, then the possibilities become endless
