Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Requirements:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

• If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Our support team will respond within one business day with necessary details, such as the return address.
• Return the item to us.
• After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within three business days.

Notes:

• Returns must include all accessories.
• Items must include their original packaging.
• For non-quality-related claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Returns not meeting the above criteria may be rejected.

Refund requests under the 30-day return policy are valid for 30 days from the warranty claim date. Returns for non-quality issues outside the warranty period will not be processed.
