Shipping Policy

Orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Please allow extra time for delivery during such periods. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for an order to travel from our fulfillment center to your destination.

• Expedited Delivery: 3-7 business days

We offer the following shipping options based on order value and destination:

• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $50.00 or more
• Standard Delivery: $10.00 for orders between $0.01 and $49.99
• Expedited Delivery: $20.00 for all orders

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be activated within 24 hours.

Playfulpromiseslux is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.

Order Modifications: Once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
