1. What is our price guarantee?

We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find a lower price from an authorized dealer on a regularly priced item, contact us. We will match the price whenever possible. However, we do not match prices from sellers on platforms like Amazon or eBay due to authenticity concerns.

2. Can I order by fax or mail?

For security reasons, we no longer accept fax or mail orders. Please order online or by phone.

3. Which payment methods are supported?

4. What are the shipping fees?

Free Shipping Apply – ( condition- $50.00 and up payment )

Standard Delivery- (Condition- $0.01 to $49.99) ( Cost- $10.00)

Expedited Delivery – (condition- all orders) ( Cost- $20.00)

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries.Australia, Canada, US (United States), Rest Of the World.

6. What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your item(s), please go to my account or contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt.

We will refund your returned item(s) plus applicable taxes normally within 3 working days after we receive and confirm the returned package. Shipping fee (ordering & returning) is not refundable.

Please make sure all items are returned in their original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags attached.

We’ll issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. In this case please request a return in my account or Contact Us directly for assistance.

We will issue a full refund including the shipping fee for any missing item or mis-shipped items as long as we are notified within 30 days upon your receipt and your request is confirmed.
