Description
This black variation of the Avatar Fly is a buggy midge pattern. Somewhat like an RS2 (also invented by Rim Chung) it has had the majority of its success in the Midwest. However, it is slowly showing up in more boxes throughout the US. Fish on the surface, dead drift with some shot, or let sit in the subsurface; all have been known to be effective. This fly has also had some success when ants and small beetles are present.
