Description
The origination of this pattern is a little unclear because a couple different fly tiers claim they designed it first. An attractor bloodworm/chironomid larva pattern that has had success all over the US. Fish under an indicator just above the bottom, use a loop knot like a perfection loop so the fly can move freely. Incredibly effective in both rivers and lakes.
