Originally designed for fishing in Montana, this fly has been fished over most areas in the world. Meant to imitate a plethora of insects grasshoppers, stoneflies, beetles, dragonflies, ants, mayflies and even caddis. This is one productive and versatile fly, as long as there are bug bugs on the water this pattern should be effective on most rivers, streams, lakes and ponds. Also great as an attractor and searching pattern.
