Description
Also known as the Davie’s Cricket, probably one of the best cricket imitations out there, and a huge upgrade from the traditional Letort Cricket. Foam is used in this fly to insure it won’t sink, and will float/land well. Crickets aren’t an extremely abundant food source for fish in a lot of areas, so fish during beetle and other terrestrial hatches.
