CDC collar for movement to accomplish the “blur” of a struggling or swimming insect in emergence. Jig hook with tungsten bead for bottom rolling. Great prospecting pattern, tied in the round to achieve the benefits of a classic soft hackle. Fish the pattern as a stand alone, tandem, below an attractor or using the Leisenring lift is especially effective.
