Excellent for spring high water everywhere. In many places the emergence of this nymph represents the beginning of the spring fly fishing. This pattern also is a great all-around searching pattern. Rithrogena Germanica, Stenonema Vicarium, Rhithrogena morrisoni, are all insects commonly referred to as March Browns.
