Another pattern designed by John Barr. This caddis larva imitation is great for those looking to sink a fly fast. Due to use of synthetic and heavier materials, this pattern gets down much quicker than other traditional caddis larva patterns. A shell back gives it a more realistic look, while fibers underneath create a buggier look (especially after a fish or two has chomped on it).
