Description
Trout that live in streams that flow through forests, hit these all summer long. Use this pattern from around the end of July to late September. You won’t see huge swarms of these but they are present and are important and often over looked food sources. This fly pattern is basically an Elk Hair Caddis on steroids, but is very effective.
